Sean Hurst

Independent Non-Executive Chairman

Sean Hurst has 33 years’ experience in the financial services industry including 30 years involved in listed closed-end investment companies and 15 years as an investment manager focused on absolute return, relative value mandates investing in closed end funds. He was a co-founder, Director and CIO of Albion Asset Management, a French regulated asset management company, from 2005-2009. He is an experienced multi-jurisdictional Director including roles at London/AIM-listed funds and numerous offshore and UCITS funds and is a specialist in UK-listed fund reorganisations.

Sean is currently the Non-Executive Chairman of JPEL Private Equity Ltd which is invested in Global private equity funds and co-investments. He was a Non-Executive Director of AIM-listed ARC Capital Holdings Ltd which was invested in Chinese private equity and Non-Executive Chairman of Vietnam Holding Ltd, invested in Vietnamese equities. He holds an MBA in Finance from CASS Business School in London and is a resident of France.

 

Nikiforos Charagkionis

Non-Independent Non-Executive Director

Nikiforos Charagkionis is a Greek executive and entrepreneur with nearly 30 years of experience in commercial real estate development and retail technology solutions. He currently serves as Managing Director at both Acropole Charagionis, a family-owned real estate development firm, and Chronografiki S.A., a provider of retail and industrial technology solutions. At Acropole Charagionis, where he has worked since 1995, he advanced from the commercialization department to executive leadership, overseeing major property acquisitions, development, leasing, and asset management. He has co-developed large projects such as a shopping center in Thessaloniki, managed international tenants like H&M and Inditex, and led partnerships with firms including Sonae Sierra.

In addition to his executive roles, Nikiforos provides ongoing advisory services for real estate clients, specializing in development strategy, asset repositioning, and joint ventures across retail, mixed-use, and office sectors. He holds a BSc in Industrial and Business Economics from the London School of Economics and an MSc in International Economics and Management from SDA Bocconi. Fluent in Greek and English, with basic knowledge of Italian and French, his expertise spans real estate strategy, tenant negotiations, business development, executive leadership, and the integration of technology into retail solutions.

 

Martin Adams

Non-independent Non-Executive Director

Martin Adams has served for over 30 years in executive and non-executive capacities, both as chairman and director of over 20 closed-end funds and fund-invested operating companies listed on European stock exchanges; and on the boards of fund management companies. His investment experience encompasses private equity, property (including hospitality), infrastructure and renewables assets, predominantly in Asia and Europe. Prior to serving on the boards of listed funds, he founded Vietnam Fund Management Company, raised and managed the first institutional investment fund for Vietnam and has been involved as a director, manager or sponsor of 11 investment funds and managers in Vietnam.

Martin is currently senior independent director of Marwyn Value Investors Limited and a director of National Investment and Infrastructure Fund Limited in India, Metage Funds Limited and Vietnam Fund Management Company Limited.

Martin started his career with the Lloyds Bank group, where he was based in the UK, Hong Kong, Portugal and the Netherlands. He holds an MA in Economic Science from the University of Aberdeen.

Olivier Corlette

Non-Independent Non-Executive Director

Oliver is the founder and Managing Partner of Black Mountain Partners Limited, a London‐based real estate investment and advisory firm. He brings a career spanning investment banking, private equity, and the development and realisation of landmark luxury resort assets across Southern Europe and the Mediterranean.

Oliver began his career at Goldman Sachs in New York in Investment Banking before joining Onex Corporation, where he led due diligence, transaction structuring, and negotiations across private equity investments in the media and entertainment sectors ‐ giving him direct experience in complex asset acquisition, operational restructuring, and value‐maximising exit. Following his MBA at Harvard Business School, Oliver spent eleven years as Founding Managing Director of Porto Montenegro, transforming an 85‐hectare former Yugoslav naval base into one of Europe's premier mixed‐use destinations ‐ comprising over 250 residential units, 450 marina berths, a 110‐key five‐star Regent hotel, 50 retail outlets, a Knightsbridge boarding school, and extensive amenities. The project was backed by Peter Munk (founder of Barrick Gold), Lord Jacob Rothschild (RIT Capital Partners), and Bernard Arnault (Groupe Arnault). He most recently completed the redevelopment and repositioning of a mixed-use office asset in the City of London in partnership with Ares Management and has advised AroundTown AG on its Cypriot property development activities.
